The Law Offices of Megan L. Reuwer, P.A., is a regional land use, green building, real estate, and business law firm. We serve as advocates for our real estate clients and assist them in negotiating and preparing residential and commercial sales contracts and leases. We help our builder and developer clients to achieve plan approvals and bring complicated, detailed projects to fruition. We help our business owner clients establish and form their business entity structures, review and draft contracts, and provide general advice and guidance as requested

• Green Building: Prepare Green Building Reports; Act as Project LEED AP; Review LEED Criteria for Projects to Assess Point Potential; Submit LEED information; Analyze Green Building Legislation and Laws to Maximize Business Incentives.  Knowledgeable about County-specific green building programs and assist project owners with compliance issues, documentation requirements, and act as point person with County agencies/departments responsible for administering County specific green program.
• Real Estate and Business Law: Negotiate, Prepare and Review Real Estate Sales Contracts;  Negotiate, Prepare and Review Commercial Leases. Structure Maryland business entities and corporate governance.
• Land Use: Represent Land Owners in the Land Development Process
